Chianti is not a wine but a symbol, it is the beginning and the end of everything, a circle that wraps itself around, continuously.
It represents our bond with the territory we protect, it is what has allowed us to be here today to talk about wine and nature.
Chianti is family, because we have always drunk it after working in the vineyard, even slightly chilled, for its jaunty character, rich in red fruit and with a gentle body that accompanies every food at any time of day.
It is the wine for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, for day and night, our faithful travel companion.
The family’s first blend, still used in production today, respects the taste and freshness that made Chianti a famous wine throughout the world.

Aroma: It has floral notes of wild rose and lily
Taste: In the mouth you can feel all the expressions of red berries, blackberry, raspberry, cherry, strawberry.
Thanks to the small percentage of Trebbiano Toscano and a short fermentation of 5 days we obtain a round, full-bodied and not sharp wine that gives deep pleasure to those who drink it.
Pairings: Salami, Ham, Semi-mature cheeses, red meats.
