Petalo di Rosa – Rosè

What is rosé if not a red wine stripped of its carnal part?
It is all soul, a bright color and an overwhelming aroma that anticipate a fragrant and tasty sip without structure.
We produce it from Sangiovese from the youngest vineyards which give us the light-heartedness that we try to convey in this wine.
The fermentation is controlled without contact with oxygen to avoid oxidation and preserve all the aromatic heritage typical of Sangiovese, namely blackberry, raspberry, cherry and dog rose.
Color: Bright Rosé
Nose: Reminiscent of blackberry,strawberry, cherry , rosehip , and a hint of citrus , the whole bouquet is expressed markedly , increasing notes of ripe fruit as the temperature of the wine in the glass increases.
Taste: blackberry,strawberry and cherry crown the primary aromas , accompanied by a freshness reminiscent of citrus and leaving the mouth pleasantly clean with each sip.
