Maceratum

To produce this wine, the juice of our Trebbiano seeks the deep intensity of the structure given by the skins, with which it embraces for a month, receiving the color of gold, a clear sign of the pulp acquired in this phase.
The wood contains this wine for two years allowing it to evolve towards those mature and deep notes that recall balsamic and mint, with a full and decisive sip.
It is a ROCK wine that is not afraid, for determined souls and in search of strong emotions.
A wine that owes its name to the production process. Long contact with the skins gives the wine a golden yellow color,
an intense aroma of ripe fruit with hints of vanilla.
