The search for new worlds leads us to select the best vineyard of the company, with a clone of Sangiovese imported by our grandfather from Montalcino where Brunello is produced, where we choose the most beautiful and ripe bunches, when the skin becomes almost purple, and we transfer them to the cellar with the utmost care so that they remain intact until the beginning of the maceration, where the skin meets its interior in movement, continuous changes that lead to the release of the color and the aroma and the pulp.
After obtaining the highly fragrant wine, it evolves in oak barriques for 18 months, until we believe it has reached its full expressiveness and breadth.
In fact, we are looking for the appearance, which only time and origin can give, of sweet spices and pepper that form the background to a ripe and fleshy fruit.
It is our wine for occasions or when you want to create an occasion.
Bright ruby ​​red, it has floral notes of wild dog rose and lily.
In the mouth you can feel all the expressions of red berries, blackberry, raspberry, cherry, strawberry.
