This very ancient vine, of which we keep a clone that is more than 100 years old, gives rise to an ink-colored wine that also has, at times, the aroma of ink, immersed as it is in notes of quinine and licorice, with sweet mint and a dark fruit, blackberry that stings.
The maturation in wooden barriques enhances these characteristics, it is a pure wine, with the edges that make up a strong personality.
Compared to other single-varietal selections, this one comes from an indigenous Tuscan vine.
