Cucina Wine Club Policy

La sottoscrizione al Cucina Wine Club comporta l'accettazione integrale dei seguenti termini e condizioni. Please read the following carefully.

1. Wine Club Membership

Membership in the Wine Club is open to individuals of legal drinking age in accordance with the laws in force regarding alcohol consumption in Italy.
Subscription is completed by filling out the membership form (online or paper-based) and accepting these terms and conditions.

2. Wine Supply

Wine Club members will periodically (twice a year in May and October) receive a selection of wines, as specified in the description of the chosen subscription plan.

3. Prices and Payments

The prices of subscriptions and individual products are indicated in Euros and include VAT (Value Added Tax), unless otherwise specified.
Accepted payment methods will be credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal.
Subscription payments will be processed automatically every 6 months.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments will be made to the address indicated by the member at the time of subscription or subsequently updated.
Delivery times vary depending on the geographical area where the member is located.
It is the member's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and that a person of legal drinking age is available to receive the shipment.

5. Withdrawal and Cancellation

Goods returned to the sender will not be accepted.
Members may cancel their Wine Club membership one day after their registration or seven days before the semi-annual renewal.

6. Commercial Communications and Marketing

Sottoscrivendo il presente Wine Club, il cliente acconsente espressamente a ricevere comunicazioni commerciali e materiale promozionale da parte di Cucina Wine Club tramite email, posta ordinaria, SMS o altri canali di comunicazione forniti. Such communications may concern special offers, new products, events, Wine Club initiatives and informative content related to the world of wine.

The customer has the right to revoke his/her consent to receive such communications at any time, following the instructions in the communications themselves or by contacting Cucina Wine Club directly at the email address terms.privacy.cucinagiuseppina@gmail.com. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.

7. Personal Data Protection

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.

9. Changes to the Policy

Cucina Wine Club reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, by notifying members via email to the address [indirizzo email rimosso].
Changes will take effect from the date of publication or a different date specified in the communication.
