Petalo di Rosa – Rosato

This wine is produced  with SanGiovese grapes, just like Chianti, but during the fermentation process we extract the grape skins (with its red pigments) after a short period, so we obtain rosè a red body wine with the soul of a withe wine.

The anaerobic fermentatio also preserve the fresh aroma of SanGiovese, the red berries.

Color – bright rosé

Perfume –  remember the rosehip and citrus, if served above 60°F  is possible to appreciate ripe fruits scent.

Taste – blackberry, strawberry ad cerry are the primary , the secondary comes with the citrus that clean the mouth.
