Elderflower syrup

In the month of May our countryside is blanketed by a sweet and intriguing smell, especially near the
streams and canyons, where the elder tree is flourishing.
The elder flower is very well known for it’s beneficial effects to the skin, as well as the lymphatic and
respiratory systems.
To capture this delicious essence, our syrup is extracted from the flower naturally, in water.
Just few drops with cold water can be a refreshing, summertime drink. But add a few drops to prosecco,
along with seltzer and mint leaves and you’ll have a Hugo the famous Venice cocktail.
