Pizzolato Giuseppina was born in Tuscany in 1962, since she was a child she has always loved learning the art of cooking from the women of the family, bringing with her a wealth of experiences that she loves to share with people and with her culinary creations. She started this path in the 90s as Catering and transformed it in the 2000s into something bigger and more international by opening a cooking school.
In 2012 she published with great success ” Brus-ketta, and other truths of Tuscan cuisine” in Italian and English.
“I want to make it clear that the quality of life is strictly connected to the quality of the food, seasonal vegetables, traditional recipes play a crucial role in my mission.
It is a pride for me to see people’s lives change for the better after learning our culinary tradition “.

I ordered two of the story/cookbooks in December. The book is wonderful and the illustrations beautiful. I’m so impressed with this family, Giuseppina is happy, great and so knowledgeable. My family has taken classes from her in Italy and on Zoom. So much fun. Simone is so helpful. We are having a zoom class on Sunday.
