Pizzolato Giuseppina was born in Tuscany in 1962, since she was a child she has always loved learning the art of cooking from the women of the family, bringing with her a wealth of experiences that she loves to share with people and with her culinary creations. She started this path in the 90s as Catering and transformed it in the 2000s into something bigger and more international by opening a cooking school.
\nIn 2012 she published with great success\u00a0 ” Brus-ketta, and other truths of Tuscan cuisine”\u00a0 in Italian and English.<\/p>\n
