Our Trebbiano lives on the plain near the river, which has smoothed the stones, now round, that make up the numerous sandy clay soil.
\nThey are adult plants, which have exceeded 40 years of age, an ancient clone that we have decided to preserve despite a thousand difficulties.
\nThe bunches of grapes are large and generous, they ripen slowly and are harvested in crates in early October, when they reach full ripeness, acquiring a deep yellow colour and an intense, sweet flavour.
\nUpon arrival at the cellar we delicately extract the juice and after separation from the skin, the resulting must ferments in ancient cement and stone tanks that are more than a century old.
\nThe refinement continues in the cement until spring.
\nThe wine is smooth like the stones at the foot of the grapes, with delicate scents of white and pink flowers, reminiscent of newly bloomed wisteria. In the mouth and in the retronasal part, citrus sensations of cedar and Amalfi lemon, with savory and pleasantly acidic sensations. <\/p>\n

\nIn the mouth, thanks to its acidity it cleans and refreshes keeping the mouth always ready to receive new flavors.
